Terms and Conditions
Booking and Payment:
a. The renter agrees to pay 50% at the time of booking and the full rental amount, as well as any additional fees, on the actual date booked.
b. The rental amount is non-refundable except in the event of a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the property owner.
c. A security deposit may be required at the time of booking, which will be refunded within 30 days of the end of the rental period, provided there is no damage to the property.
Check-in and Check-out:
a. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
b. Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability, at an additional cost.
Occupancy and Use of Property:
a. The vacation property is for the use of the renter and their designated guests only, as agreed upon at the time of booking.
b. No parties or events are allowed without prior written permission from the property owner.
c. The property must be kept in good condition and any damage caused by the renter or their guests will be charged to the security deposit.
Liability and Responsibility:
a. The property owner is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to the renter or their guests, or their property, while on the rental property.
b. The renter agrees to indemnify and hold the property owner harmless from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the rental property.
Cancellation Policy:
a. The rental amount is non-refundable except in the event of a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the property owner.
b. In the event of cancellation due to a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the property owner, the renter will be refunded the full rental amount.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
a. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the rental property is located.
b. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of the state where the rental property is located.
